All players (new, transferring and existing) MUST register each year to play footy. All volunteer parents will also need to register. Once you’ve registered you also have to pay your club registration fee. In doing so, this also provides, you (and for a junior player, one parent/guardians) with membership to the Club. Please note that players who were financial for the 2020 non-season will be advised once registered for the 2021 season how to apply your family credit – further details below, but all players and volunteers need to re-register.
New Players & Parents Registration: a) If you are a new under age player, you should register on-line by using this link b) At the time of registration, players are required to pay the compulsory EDFL Registration Fee of $10 (this money goes straight to the league). You can also choose to pay your club registration fee at this time (to qualify for the early bird rates fees need to be pay by 15 February 2021). Volunteers are not charged fees. b) Select number of children (and adults), enter an email address, generate a password, register a new child player / adult. c) For juniors – a copy the player Birth Certificate and provide this to the Junior Coordinator (at the club or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org) d) If you are a new senior player you must contact email@example.com e) Shortly after registering you will receive an invoice via email for your club membership fees, you can pay this online.
Returning Players & Parents: a) All returning players must re-register on-line using this link b) At the time of registration players are required to pay ONLY the compulsory EDFL Registration Fee of $10 (this money goes straight to the league). Volunteers are not charged this fee. Once you have registered you will received two emails – Confirmation email advising you have successfully registered with the club. The second email will advise the registration fee balance outstanding once your 2020 family credit has been deducted. (Note to qualify for the early bird rates fees need to be pay by 15 March 2021).
Transfers: Players wishing to transfer to Maribyrnong Park MUST check first with the Junior Coordinator or Footy Ops Manager - firstname.lastname@example.org
Parents should expect to help-out at the club and should also register on-line in SportsTG as a Volunteer. There is no additional membership fee for parents of children playing at MPFC. All Parent volunteers are expected to hold a valid Working With Children’s Check. Please get your free check using the link below All club registration fees must be paid by Round 1 (unless prior agreement made with the Junior Coordinator using a payment plan). A deposit of $100 is required for payment plans.
