HEAD COACH

Brad, who has been with us for the past two years as our Senior Assistant Coach, is a Level 3 AFL High Performance accredited coach who previously spent 3 years as a Line Coach at Port Melbourne in the VFL.

PHIL POURSANIDIS

SENIOR WOMEN'S HEAD COACH

Phil is a Level 1 football coach and has been at Marby since 2017.  A former AFL player with the Carlton Football Club, Phil also holds a Physical Education degree and is passionate about Women’s Footy! 

JARRAD CAREY

SENIOR MEN'S ASSISTANT COACH & FOOTBALL MANGER

Jarrad is a Level 2 coach with extensive and diverse experience across community footy as a Senior Coach, Development Coach and administrator. Jarrad also has significant experience at the elite level across 4 clubs, primarily as an opposition analyst & recruiting officer. 

NICK BAILEY

ASSISTANT COACH

Club legend Nick Bailey has been appointed Reserves Coach for 2021. A 2 time Premiership player with Marby, Bails is also a member of the MPFC Team of the Decade. More importantly he is great communicator & has an enormous amount of footy knowledge to share.

UNDER 18.5 BOY'S

HEAD COACH

Darren is a Level 2 coach who has been Marby Staunch since 2012, joining the club following a 6yr coaching stint at VFL powerhouse Williamstown. Darren has coached his own teams at senior level and is passionate about player development.
