About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President – Head of Female Football, the Senior Women’s Head Coach is responsible for leading the club’s women’s football program, overseeing team performance, and fostering the growth and development of players and coaching staff.

​

This is a high-profile leadership position that extends beyond match day. You will play a key role in shaping club culture, mentoring coaches, recruiting and retaining talent, and promoting the MPFC brand across the football community.
